“Give something, however small, to the one in need. For it is not small to one who has nothing. Neither is it small to God, if we have given what we could.”

-St. Gregory Nazianzen

Stewardship as a way of life includes sharing the ‘treasure’ with which God has bestowed us. Listed here are ministries that are significant parts of our parish community. We invite you to consider supporting these ministries by giving from your so-called “second pocket”—that is, the percentage of your income that goes to needs and charities that appeal to you, rather than to the weekly offertory.

For more on tithing and the “second pocket,” or to give to the parish offertory, click here.

The Society of St. Vincent de Paul assists the poor and our neighbors who are struggling to meet the basic financial, spiritual, and emotional necessities of life with dignity. We are a Catholic lay organization named after Vincent de Paul, a French priest who dedicated himself to serving the poor in the 17th century. Today, we assist individuals and families who are temporarily in need of assistance to get through financially difficult periods. We follow the teachings of Christ through service to others on a person-to-person basis, and love is our fundamental mission.
