NATIVITY GS-HIGH SCHOOL YOUTH GROUP
At the beginning of our experience of adulthood, high school is a crucial time of change in life. Teenagers start to re-evaluate their tradition, their personal value and their worldview. At Nativity, we want to guide them to bring to light their experience, and help them see it anew through the truthful and merciful eyes of Christ, who calls them friends.
GS/HS Youth Group Staycation
December 26–29, 2024
Please join us at our annual GS/HS Youth Group winter Staycation at Nativity. We gather together to live in friendship the fullness of the Christian life through daily Mass, prayer, games, presentations, a hike, and charity. Feel free to share this with a friend who is looking for God.
Registration deadline: Sunday, December 1.
We need our final headcount for some of our activities by this date.
Please click below for more information about the schedule and to reserve your spot. We have 20 spaces available due to transportation limitations, so do not delay. Cost is $50.
To guide Nativity’s high schoolers on their journey, Father Emanuele and Sister Teresa invite all teenagers to join in this friendship with Christ and with each other by joining Nativity’s GS/HS youth group.
Meetings:
SUNDAYS, 6–9 pm
Frassati House, 580 W. 3rd Ave. Dr. (during the school year)
We typically eat dinner together, play incredible games, have thought-provoking discussions, and pray together. Throughout the year, we have charitable activities and special events, for example Advent and Lenten retreats, and winter and summer vacations together in the mountains. In the summer 2025, we will travel to Italy for the Year of Jubilee. See below.
Membership Fee: $20
Registration fees help pay for materials used by the group during the year so are greatly appreciated. Join anytime.

There are no individual scholarships available from the Parish. However, the financial support provided by Nativity and funds raised from our fundraising event will help lower the actual cost to the projected cost. If the students need additional support, we encourage them to reach out to potential personal sponsors outside of the parish community, which is already supporting the pilgrimage through the fundraising event and tithing.
